MIG Welding Operator: Perform basic MIG welding, inspect parts, maintain quality standards, and support production goals

MIG Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 02:30pm )

• Responsible for performing basic MIG welding operations, inspecting parts, supporting production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards. 
• Perform basic MIG welding according to print specifications using manual operations and fixturing.
• Check basic dimensions using company-provided measuring tools.
• Stack finished parts on skids.
• Report damaged parts and quality defects to leadership.

MIG Welder Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs and occasionally lift more than 40 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of previous MIG welding experience

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
