Title & Billing Clerk Join Our Team! We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title & Billing Clerk to join our growing dealership team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring vehicle sales transactions are processed accurately, titles are completed in compliance with state regulations, and deal paperwork is handled efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle title work accurately and timely for retail transactions.
• Prepare and submit title applications and supporting documentation to state agencies.
• Verify all deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Process vehicle billing and post vehicle sales transactions.
• Maintain title schedules and follow up on outstanding titles, liens, and registration issues.
• Work closely with sales, finance, accounting, and management teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with dealership policies and state regulations.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and related administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive dealership title and billing experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of vehicle titling and registration processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
